About the Job
We are looking for four Graduate Account Managers to join our Sales and Customer Partnership teams.
All our graduates start their careers in our in-house academy. We'll help build your knowledge of the automotive industry, so you don't need to love cars to work here. Working with our talented Account Managers and Account Directors you will develop commercial insight and sales techniques that are vital to success in the role.
You'll be working with retail customers (B2B) over the phone and face to face. Like any customer focussed, sales environment, there are commercial targets and KPI's. At times, you'll have challenging conversations. For these conversations your resilience, tenacity and excellent communication skills will be essential.
You'll undertake a number of rotations within the Sales area of Auto Trader where you will spend time learning how our different teams operate. Each rotation will help build your knowledge and experience to lay the foundations for your future career at Autotrader.
Our graduate programme starts in October 2025.
We’re offering a salary of £26,500, plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares.
