About the role

We’re looking to recruit a Digital Experience (DX) Programme Lead to help us deliver a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues, and operations at WWF-UK, in a critical decade for the future of the planet.

As a DX Programme Lead, you will join us at the start of a significant digital systems investment programme (including CMS, and related digital capabilities), working across the organisation and with partners to create a best-in-class digital experience for our supporters.

You’ll be responsible for mobilising and communicating the vision for the programme, setting up its structure and project team, recruiting and managing suppliers, and collaborating with colleagues. As owner of the DX Programme roadmap, you will oversee delivery of agreed phases and work packages, align with other systems investment projects, engage stakeholders, ensure effective reporting and manage internal and external resources.

We’re looking for someone with:

*

Experience in leading digital or systems transformation projects and teams across charity or private sector

*

Strong understanding of digital technologies & their role in transforming the supporter/employee experience

*

Used to leading & delivering major systems investment programmes, and using project management methodology

*

Experience of delivering & innovating digital products/experiences

*

Experience of digital and business strategy, and translating user needs into a roadmap for delivery

*

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, relationship-building and interpersonal skills

*

Experience in managing project teams and key suppliers, ensuring collaborative relationships that deliver programme objectives, within time and budget constraints

Benefits, rewards & location

The salary for this role is £54,657 - £60,000pa. We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:

Annual leave starting at 26 days a year, rising one day each year to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays

This role is hybrid and you’ll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you’ll hot desk among trees and gardens.
