Position: Air Conditioning bias Engineer

Location: West Midlands

Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus travel time, overtime, 25 days holiday and NO on call

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a full time permanent position in the West Midlands

This position will be working for an established company that work with clients that include Churches, warehouses, Dentists, offices. The do not work with retail or pubs and clubs.

The right person for this position will have strong service, maintenance and breakdown skills in relation to air conditioning. They need to have good fault finding knowledge and be able to find the fault at the route cause.

This is an air conditioning bias position but would do need this engineer to pick up some general building services maintenance such as emergency lighting, water testing and compliance.

Requirements

Strong Service, Maintenance and Breakdown air conditioning experience
Strong plant room knowledge
Based in the West Midlands
Full UK driving licence
Must hold Fgas
Happy to complete some building services maintenance

Package

Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Some out of hours overtime available
No on call
