We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant to join our client on a 3-month contract, starting immediately!
Position Details:
Role: Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant
Contract: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Manchester
On-site Requirement: 5 days per week
Travel: Occasional travel to Hereford (every 2-3 weeks) and potentially other areas.Key Responsibilities:
Support People Managers: Provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) issues, such as sickness absence management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and more.
Coaching & Guidance: Empower People Managers with knowledge of employment policies and best practices.
Case Management: Manage ER cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution.Experience:
Demonstrated experience in handling ER cases and advising on complex HR issues.
Knowledgeable: In-depth understanding of employment law, including the Equality Act and Working Time regulations.
