An interesting opportunity for a Digitally Focused Marketing Manager working for a growing PE backed manufacturing business based in Burscough.
Job role
You will be hands on Marketing Manager responsible for managing the Marketing Executive,working closely with agents and third parties, you will be accountable for the digital marketing performance of the company. Further responsibility will be to coach and develop the creative aspects of the marketing team.
You will collaborate with people delivering content, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns are steering digital and creative brand activity.
You will manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
You will have full website and digital asset responsibility auditing performance, maintaining plug-ins, hosting, internal and external links and API’s. Optimise website performance, including paid and organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive qualified lead generation.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
You will build case studies to justify submission for national and internationally recognised awards and associated PR.
Duties will include:
* Managing and optimising PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads and third-party product directory websites
* Conducting keyword research in-line with campaign targeting and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Reviewing & Reporting on sales and marketing department revenue operations
* Full Website responsibility
* Optimising internal processes through custom workflows and automation
* Supporting all digital communication channels throughout the business
* Mentoring and Coaching junior members of the marketing team
Essentials skills and qualifications
* Knowledge of website CMS and HubSpot marketing, sales & helpdesk automation tools.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
* Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar
