Office (Ops) Manager - Up to £36k
We are looking for an experienced Office (Ops) Manager to join our Customer Service department. The Office (Ops) Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure business growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction. This role involves managing the Customer Service team, ensuring efficient service provision, and promoting quality through processes and procedures.

Your New Role:
As the Office (Ops) Manager, you start your day by assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress. You process revenue invoicing and develop administrative processes to ensure efficiency. Attending operational meetings, you generate reports for senior management. Monthly invoicing and reviewing service provider invoices are part of your routine. You maintain the CRM and Billing platform, provide training for Customer Service staff, and support team performance. Ensuring stock levels are maintained, you develop effective working relationships with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
What You Need:
5 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment.
3 years of experience using a Call Management System/CRM.
High IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience with stock management and supplier management.
Relevant experience in a Telecommunications/Network/IT Customer Service environment (desirable).
Experience in generating management reports (desirable).
