Our well-established client within the employment industry is recruiting for a PR and Marketing Manager. This senior role will coordinate all aspects of our client's marketing, communications, and outreach activities, taking ownership of campaigns across a wide variety of channels including website content. It is important the successful candidate understands the businesses’ model, culture, services, client base, team, and wider strategic aim to effectively communicate with audiences and develop the brand. The role will fully support the senior leadership team with ongoing reporting, research projects and other tasks as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinating PR and marketing projects depending on the priorities
* Creating PR and marketing content to the highest written and visual quality reflecting the positive image, voice, ethics of the brand
* Creating copywriting including blog content, award entries and related communications online and offline, including internal newsletters
* Producing social media implementation and creative, which will involve writing interesting social media posts in line with our client's brand voice
* Processing and sharing news and content from their network
* Monitoring and responding to online engagement, ensuring that feedback and reviews receive a timely and appropriate response
* Developing excellent working relationships with external stakeholders and influencers
* Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
* Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor behaviour, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
* Works with management team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels
* Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
* Tracks all marketing data, creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
* Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Skills and Experience:
* A background working in PR, marketing, or branding
* Commercial, yet creative and an excellent eye for detail and design
* The ability to work autonomously, and take initiative of own projects
* Energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment
* Highly articulate with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for engaging content
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum. The Adobe Creative Suite would be desired
* The ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships to implement further partnerships
* An excellent team player
* Flexible, resilient, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business
