We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Service Manager to lead and manage our Operations team within the East Division. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient services, all while working hand-in-hand with clinical teams to drive improvement and innovation.
Lead with vision, elevate client experiences, and steer strategic success, all while fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence.
In this role, your responsibilities will include resource management, enhancing client experiences, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll also support with exciting strategic projects and collaborate with the wider management team to hit our regional goals.
The role requires proven leadership, management, and operational expertise, along with strong communication and team collaboration skills. You must be flexible to travel and support the wider region on an ad-hoc basis.
