Job Description

Are you a Client Manager or Senior Accountant seeking to advance your career within a successful and growing Accountancy practice? We are supporting a Bradford based accountancy practice in their search for a Client Manager or Senior Accountant who can make a substantial impact and add real value to a large, well established client portfolio. As a confident communicator, your expertise in managing client portfolios, spanning from financial statements to tax advisories will be highly valued and rewarded! The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 based on experience, accompanied by a diverse array of excellent benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant to further their career.

As Client Manager you will be responsible for your own client base, encompassing tasks such as account preparation, gathering personal tax return information, and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines. Duties and responsibilities will also involve controlling department WIP, responding to both client and third party queries in a timely manner and delivering high quality financial information.

Here’s why this opportunity stands out among others:

You’ll have the autonomy to guide your clients, backed by a team that appreciates your insights through building relationships
You’ll be part of an exceptional company culture, where they pride themselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member is respected, valued and encouraged to thrive
Our client understands the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between your professional and personal life, offering flexible working arrangements with 1 day working from home to ensure you can achieve your best, both in and out of the office
You’ll be part of a business that is connected to the local community and encourages you to network at industry specific events to develop yourself further
Opportunity to give back through fundraising events and activities, to the nominated charity of the year
You’ll part of a group of practices, working closely to provide clients with the best possible service and having the opportunity to develop and progress into different areas of the business
Opportunity to support and coach individuals by supervising junior members of staff; this could be a brilliant chance to develop into a management position, especially as no previous management experience is required.
Employee recognition awards which take place annually, where your hard work is celebrated and you are given the chance to socialise with all offices
Investment in you from the beginning, with monthly one-to-ones with your line manager to technical training and mentoring.
You’ll be eligible for an annual bonus, which is based on both company and individual performance
