About The Role
Team – D2C
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

SQL Knowledge What this role is all about: D2C Lead Generation and Retention Dialler Manager
Lead, manage and optimise the dialler operations across relevant areas of control (Sales & Retention). To design, create and manage the implementation of dialler strategy based on customer behaviours, dialler performance and conversion rates. Manage stakeholder input (concerning dialler performance, market trends and external/partner innovation) and output (new initiatives and strategic direction). Work with engineering teams in relevant enterprise journeys to achieve development aims pertaining to outbound strategy.
Key Actions:

Monitor Dialler performance against agreed targets and proactively alter strategy in real-time to improve performance or respond to events.
Analyse data performance to help shape future strategies
Work alongside Operational Teams to build an outbound strategy of increasing performance.
Drive increase sales, retention and conversion levels productively through Dialler system and associated tools and software
Proactively manage outbound campaigns and their throughput to inbound conversion or retention.
Strong interpersonal, reporting and analytical skills required
Fully understand and work towards all OFCOM guidelines to ensure compliance
Produce regular communication and update to the Director, Customer Retention, Head of Customer Retention, Ops Managers and Team Manager Population and the respective roles in D2C SalesWhat do you need to thrive:

Strong Mathematical, analytical, communication and organisational skills.
MS Office Suite
Ideally 2 years experience in data management/analysis.
Outbound Dialler systems – Expert/Advanced
SQL - ExpertYou are required to understand and comply with all relevant rules, regulation and legislation applicable to your role.  This means:

Acting with integrity and due skill, care and diligence at all times.
Ensuring that customers are treated fairly at all times
Ensuring that communications via any medium meet the principle of 'clear, fair and not misleading'
Undertaking relevant internally arranged training on systems, processes and regulatory requirements relevant to your role
Identifying and escalating (through your line manager) risks that impact the business, customers or other third parties
Reporting (through your line manager) any issues and/or system/process failures that may impact on service to customersSo, what’s in it for you?
