L&D Manager
Chesterfield - site based with occasional travel required
Full time and Permanent
£40k-£50k depending on experience
The L&D Manager with develop and implement the L&D strategy, linking into the group HR strategy and the ongoing development of high levels of performance.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage all training needs and opportunities across the business, ensuring all employees receive the appropriate training.
Continuous development and implementation of on-boarding frameworks.
Drive succession planning throughout the organisation.
Identify training needs to develop and design training sessions where needed.
Manage and coordinate Talent academy.
We are looking for:
Proven experience in Learning and Development with strong experience coordinating and delivering training.
Strong background in stakeholder management with the ability to partner with leaders.
Experience managing succession planning projects with a focus on apprenticeships.
Good experience coordinating Talent academies with a technical focus.
