Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to set up meetings with key decision-makers.

* Pitch their tailored insurance solutions in a way that resonates with the unique needs of startups and high-growth businesses, either virtually or face-to-face.

* Work closely with the Broking team to guide clients through the sales process, from introduction to onboarding.

* Attend industry events to expand your network and meet potential clients.

* Help ensure operational excellence by monitoring internal processes and working collaboratively with the team to drive results.

About You:

* You have at least 2 years of experience in sales (ideally insurance sales but this is desirable, not essential) or customer service and are confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* You’re a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a positive, dependable approach.

* You thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about startups.

* You’re excited about working in a role that offers real impact and room for growth.

* Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per year, paid directly into your account.

* Bonus: Earn 10% of your salary quarterly, based on a range of targets that align with both financial performance and our core values.
