Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join the team in Chorley. As the HR & Talent Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and workforce planning within the organisation.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Conduct regular workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future hiring needs
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
4 days in the office, 1 day work from home
Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Ad-hoc travel to other sites
