We are inviting application and interest from Senior Consultants and Branch Managers who have full and proven experience in the world of Industrial Recruitment (Consultancy). Based in North Nottinghamshire you will inherit a hot branch, three consultants and one administrator and take over the plan of over 200+temps whilst continuing growth. This will involve all you expect from 1-2-1s, positive management, Business Development, Sales Visits and winning new business, mapping, forward planning and creating a great place to work. You will be a figures person as P&L responsibilities, negotiating rates and knowing your GP/hidden costs will allow you to enjoy all aspects this role has to offer.

You will join a well established and well known independent agency who have a strong presence across the East Midlands area. Leading by example, to gain the respect of your team will see you all pull together to work successfully and with mutual support. For your hard work, committment and in line with the position, salary is in the region of £40k plus a strong and very competitive car allowance, strong bonus and so many more benefits included.
