Responsibilities of the Part Time HR Manager:
Managing and maintain HR policies and procedures confidently communicate across the business
Administration of benefits and payroll changes, liaising closely with finance team
Leading on the full recruitment process, constantly reviewing documentation and processes
Managing the employment lifecycle end to end
Managing the learning and development in conjunction with the leadership team
Coaching, developing and training employees
Providing resolutions to employee relation issues
Maintaining employee files and HR database
Ad hoc projects as required by the organisation
Perform other duties required by the organisation
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in a HR role with UK employment law knowledge
CIPD Level 5 or above
Excellent attention to detail
Must be a team player
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
