Our client is seeking are seeking a Reward Manager to play a key role in shaping their global compensation strategy. This exciting opportunity can be based in any of the regional offices across the UK, including London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, or Sheffield.
Duties will include:
You will manage daily compensation activities
Lead various Reward projects
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Overseeing a small team
Analysing complex data to drive strategic decisions.
We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in compensation management
Excellent analytical skills
Someone who can present data to diverse audiences.
Stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Previous experience in team management is a plus.
