Our client, a company in the transportation services industry in East Yorkshire is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business. This is an onsite role.
As HR Manager you will focus on the day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, policy development and compliance, and HR administration. You may also have involvement in talent acquisition.
You will work with the business in creating and delivering an HR strategy in line with business needs and you will deliver a clear focus on the Employee Lifecycle.
You will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law and you will help managers navigate their way through employee relations matters.
You will support the management of employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
You will develop and communicate HR policies to employees and you will support the management team with strategic objectives and related HR Projects.
About you:
You will be an experienced HR advisor looking for the next step up in your career or you will be an experienced HR Manager who is looking to make a difference to an organisation with high growth aspirations.
You will be CIPD qualified and you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a Human Resources role. You will be a strong organiser and be confident in supporting managers and employees throughout the organisation.
