Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Manager to join their team based in Bradford for a 5-month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will be contracted to 22.5 hours a week and the pro rata salary is approximarely £20,300.
The role:
Controlling all aspects of the purchase ledger.
Motivating and managing a team of up to 4 people.
Controlling all aspects of purchase ledger including stock suppliers, cashflow, and supplier payment runs.
Inputting and reviewing invoice status daily.
Controlling and chasing credit claims.
Processing and posting overhead invoices to Sage 200.
Agreeing purchase ledger to supplier statements on a weekly basis.
Resolving any supplier queries.
Conducting team catch ups and reviews.
Ad hoc financial and administration duties.About you:
An experienced Purchase Ledger Manager or Supervisor.
Confidence in the use of SAGE is essential.
Can commit to a Fixed Term Contract for 5 months.
Highly organised and great attention to detail.The client has free onsite parking.
