Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as a commercial manager.
Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.
Position
Work with closely with ops teams to ensure compliance and adherence to commercial polices, processes and controls.
Review and address commercial issues in respect to operations
Collate and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
Work closely with client to resolve commercial disputes and contractual challenges
Attend client meetings
Monitor, review and measure process
Compile and submit applications
Hold regular commercial reviews with teams Ops team, Senior management, and clients.
Support in tender creations and submissions ready for sign off
Manage for sign off all contract variations with support from Ops Team
Requirements
Travel – within Gosport
Work as part of a team as well as by themselves
Excellent with Excell
Excellent Data analysis
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Previous commercial experience of Hard FM contracts
Previous experience in managing a small team
