Trade Operations Manager in Bristol - CV-Library

We are looking for a Operations Leader with an excellent understanding of trading/dealing operations for our client, a leading financial Services firm based in the South West of England.

This senior role is ideal for an operations specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional service and has the technical expertise and experience to thrive in a face paced environment.

The role is available on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week in the office.

The sucessful role holder will:

Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of trading teams

Drive operational improvements and risk mitigation.

Lead your team on business as usual activities

Lead on delivering consistent change to improve processes, in an agile environment.

Be first point of contact for issue coordination and resolution,

Must haves:

Have extensive experience in trading/dealing operations, including fund and exchange traded instruments, within an investment platform or similar environment

Have a deep knowledge of product wrappers – including SIPP, ISA and GIA

Have people leadership experience and love the challenge and reward of establishing a high performing team

Nice to haves:

Have worked with securities custodians and settlement providers, such as Euroclear/CREST
