This is a commercially-oriented Finance role for a talented storyteller who can translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead and motivate a talented team, fostering a high-performance culture
Develop and implement robust financial performance frameworks and metrics
Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide strategic financial guidance
Translate financial data into clear and concise stories for senior management
Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend course corrections
About you:

Experience within the FMCG sector, with potential retail experience a plus
Qualified Accountant 
A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
A natural communicator who can confidently present complex financial information to diverse audiences
A strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable business insights
Salary - £65-75,000 p/a + bonus

Hybrid working

Duration - 6 months
