They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Interim Operations Manager.
Salary: £45,000
Hours: 35 hours
Duration: 12 month contract

Location – Hybrid – Home / Woking
As the interim Operations Manager you will be overseeing the smooth operation of the projects in your portfolio, supporting and managing a team of Service Managers. You will take accountability for your portfolio whilst working collaboratively with senior leaders of the charity to develop and implement strategic goals.
Key tasks will involve, but not limited to:
Continuously improve the service delivery
Develop new projects and identify other projects that would match the charities ethos
Focus on health and safety of delivery service, keeping clients and employees safe
Improvement of service delivery against service contracts
Collaboratively working within the communities and specialist outreach portfolios and projects and other support functions
Working in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver smooth running, on budget services

Our ideal applicant will have/be:
Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships across all levels
Experience of operational management, governance, performance, contract monitoring and outcome reporting
Ideally you will have experience within a charity / health or social care
Financial planning and budgeting
Staff development and supervision
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
