Duties
Manage and support recruitment
Manage and support staff
Support staff to facilitate general HR queries
Ability to deal with confidential information
First contact for staff, handling sickness and annual leave requests
Supporting other managers
Provide accurate minutes
Participating in any disciplinary action, ensuring all records are accurate
Handling conflict
Communicate with external agencies
Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of employment issues
Be sympathetic, understanding and patient
Prioritise your workload and manage time efficiently
Multi-tasking ability
Accurate record taking, clear data entry
Excellent IT skills and computer literacy

Courteous and helpful to mourners and members of public
Effective teamwork skills
Clean driving licence, and own a passport to travel between branches
CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources or People Management is essential
