Job Description

Join us as a Disclosure Reporting Manager

As a Disclosure Reporting Manager, you’ll be automating the production and submissions as well as review of the webforms across the bank

We’ll look to you to produce analysis and recommend architectural, process and operating model options while understanding the bigger picture for Disclosure production and review processes

As a key member of our team, you’ll enjoy extensive collaboration and can expect great visibility for you and your work as you accurately deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial information in a timely manner

What you'll do

Working within our Disclosure Reporting team, you’ll be responsible for the automation of disclosures across the bank. You’ll be working on the Disclosure automation project by defining the requirements, providing solutions and setting up the go forward process.

In addition, you’ll:

Delivering high quality reporting outputs in line with month-end and quarter-end timetables

Assessing the impact of any statutory and regulatory reporting changes and making sure that all outputs are fully compliant with these changes

Developing and improving processes through regular engagement and feedback with key stakeholders

Contributing to other projects as needed, and managing the impact of change on people and processes

Promoting continuous improvement and supporting your team members through training

Undertaking other duties as needed, and working as part of the wider team to make sure that all deliverables are met

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for an individual with excellent transferable experience of working in a large multinational financial services environment, preferably in procure to pay. You’ll have extensive experience leading, motivating and directing a small team, and ideally have experience of global working.

You’ll need hands on experience of delivering change outcomes and detailed knowledge of finance systems used in the organisation, as well as the ability to support team members, providing support through technical training and transferring skills.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

A relevant qualification and proficiency in accounting

Experience of implementing business process and procedural change in a complex business environment

A good understanding of reporting standards and accounting policies, and how they align to key processes and reporting

The ability to apply and consolidate finance skills and knowledge to a broad range of financial issues through applying technical accounting skills

The ability to implement operating model and strategic change

The proven ability to drive culture and generate several ways forward to achieve team objectives
