Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a friendly and professional Commercial Cleaning Company. Who are focused on rewarding and developing their staff as well as offering an exceptional service to their clients The role will be covering Bedford, Central London, Kettering, Oxford and Reading.
The ideal Operations Manager will be confident in leading and supporting Account Managers and Mobile Cleaning Operatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract retention and professional client relationships are developed and maintained.
Requirements for the Operations Manager Cleaning:
* Excellent communication skills
* You will ideally be based within 45 minutes of Bedford
* Proven Operations Manager experience
* Proven experience of delivering the entire company operations
* Professional manner
* Flexible attitude
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Staff development and strong leadership skills
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Able to plan with good organisational skills
