Are you an FCA Compliance Manager looking for a part-time role in a supportive, rewarding organisation?

As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day regulatory compliance across all company activities. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), you will maintain the Compliance Framework, manage regulatory relationships, and oversee government compliance, focusing on risk management and privacy.

This role will predominantly be based remotely with irregular trips to site.

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance Manager:

Maintain the Compliance Framework within the Risk Management and Governance Framework.
Review and align Key Risk Indicators with the companies risk appetite.
Develop and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
Manage relationships with the FCA and ICO alongside the CRO.
Coordinate responses to regulatory requirements and developments.
Monitor regulatory developments and communicate their impact to management.
Manage the company's Senior Management and Certification Regime (SMCR).
Oversee compliance with government requirements, especially related to the management of public money.
Advise on Privacy and Data Protection Risks, considering ICO/GDPR requirements.
Oversee breaches of compliance limits, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
Support the Risk System project, capturing and updating regulatory risks and responses.Experience/Knowledge for the Compliance Manager:

Over 5 years of regulatory compliance management experience.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management.
Familiarity with FCA and ICO regulations.
