The Role:

As an Audit Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Division Partner and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building strong client relationships by providing expert advice and exceeding expectations

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact

Leading and managing audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and client satisfaction

Mentoring and developing junior staff, fostering their growth within the firm

Supporting the practice in implementing new technologies and continuously improving systems

Assisting with business development initiatives, including tenders, proposals, and expanding client portfolios

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will:

Be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1-2 years PQE

Have at least 6 years’ experience working in a UK accountancy practice

Be comfortable managing audits and delivering high-quality results

Enjoy building lasting client relationships and providing commercial insights

Have strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Be passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent

Demonstrate a solid understanding of audit and accounting standards with a drive for continuous improvement
