Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our Change Management team in Manchester. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office.
As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll support a large-scale transformation project across the business, helping to deliver change effectively and sustainably. We’ll also look to you to work closely with our senior leaders to help them understand the overall impact of change and to effectively lead their teams through it.
What you’ll do
Work closely with teams across the wider business to identify colleagues impacted by membership programme changes
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and readiness assessments for the membership programme
Coach colleagues of all levels of seniority to help them effectively lead their teams through membership programme change
Collaborate with our training and development and communication experts to provide colleagues with the knowledge and information they’ll need to make the relevant change
Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our change management strategy, making any adjustments as necessary
This role would suit people who have
Experience as a Change Lead working on membership programmes
Significant experience of managing large-scale and complex change initiatives
Knowledge and experience of PROSCI / ADKAR change management methodologies and tools
Good relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
Good communication skills with the ability to translate intricate and complex information to non-technical audiences
