Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
Prioritise incoming communications, handle correspondence, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Prepare and coordinate documentation and reports for meetings, presentations, and events.
Assist with project management tasks, such as organising and coordinating team activities.
Conduct research and gather information as required.
Act as a gatekeeper to handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondences.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in organising internal meetings and events, including taking minutes and following up on action points.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with other team members and provide support on ad-hoc tasks as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
