VACANCY - Interim Accounts Manager (3 month contract)
LOCATION - Perth (with some remote working)
REMUNERATION - Dependent upon experience
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department.
Duties:
Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
Prepare financial reports and statements
Reconcile bank statements
Assist with budget preparation
Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
Requirements:
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent numerical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
