QA Manager/Junior Technical Manager

I am recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing company who are committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. They are looking for a Technical Manager to drive food safety, compliance, and quality across their site. This role is suitable for someone who is looking to progress their career, therefore I am looking to speak to QA Managers/Senior Food Technologists or Assistant Technical Managers who are wanting to take on extra responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with food safety, legal, and customer standards.
Lead and improve GMP, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP controls.
Manage audits, including BRC and customer audits.
Handle complaints, product conformance, and root cause analysis.
Coach and develop the QC and Hygiene teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and external audits.
Qualifications:

Experience working within a similar food manufacturing role.
Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP (essential).
Experience with BRCGS and customer standards.
People management experience.
