A Market Leader in Financial Services are currently seeking a Corporate Action Manager to join their team to ensure compliance with processes and procedures for both corporate actions and dividends.

Role & Responsibilities:

Review working practices and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage department and team members, coach and develop
Ensure company procedures are up to date with FCA and CASS requirements
Assist company staff with advice on regulation and systems advice
Working with other departments to assist them with other duties 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar position in Financial Services
5 + years of experience in financial services
Good knowledge of FCA CASS rules
Experience working with dividends and corporate actions
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious
A team leader who thrives when working with others towards shared goals 
Package:

Up to £55,000 basic salary depending on experience
25 days annual leave
