What's on offer:**

*Competitive £23,500-£26,000(DoE) basic salary
*Up to £6,000 annual bonus

* Opportunity to cover CeMap costs after 2 years in the role if you want to progress to advising
*Only 1 Saturday a month working
 
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a pipeline of mortgages cases from submission to offer 
* Gather and upload documents to lenders websites 
* Liaise with mortgage advisors, lenders, solicitors and clients to ensure the smooth process of applications
*Comply with regulator standards
*Deliver 5* star service to clients
 
**Requirements:**

*Mortgage admin OR hospitality background
*Ability to talk to clients and deliver a great service
* Ambitious and self-motivated
*Resilient, detail oriented and determined
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
