Housing Patch Manager in Bilborough - CV-Library

I am currently working with my client in Nottingham to recruit for a Housing Officer on an interim basis.

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential for Extension)
Salary: £22-£26 per hour (via Umbrella)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee rent management, ensuring timely payments and addressing any arrears.
Manage tenancies, including handling tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Provide support and guidance to tenants to ensure tenancy sustainment.
Respond to councillor enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Conduct regular home visits to assess tenant well-being and compliance.
Address and manage incidents of anti-social behaviour when necessary.
