Key strengths

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or sales.
Experience in Digital or SAAS solutions
Ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive client success and identify growth opportunities.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
