This is an opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience within Part O assessments to work within an award-winning consultancy that works closely with leading UK housebuilders from a fully remote position. If you have experience within this area and are a passionate sustainability Consultant, please apply below!

Responsibilities of the Overheating Assessor:

Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 Assessments, Part O assessments
Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development
Delivery of high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES
Thermal modelling using IES Software
Being involved in energy assessments and modelling improvements
Consult on building design to comply with Part LThe ideal Overheating Assessor will:

Be computer literate and have a good level of general education
Be competent in the use of IES for overheating
Be able to manage their time effectively
Have excellent communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to deal with a fast-paced environmentWhat our client can offer you:
