Introduction
We are seeking a skilled individual with extensive knowledge in mechanical seals and bearings to join our team. This role focuses on providing specialised support within these areas to enhance the condition-based maintenance (CBM) department. The successful candidate will participate in an on-call rota upon qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and replacement of mechanical seals and bearings.
Provide specialised support to the CBM department.
Participate in an on-call rota, covering varied shifts including weekends.
Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Benefits

£40,000 - £42,000 DOE
Will be on the on call rota once qualified:
Mon-Fri 6.30 - 3 pm. Normal working week
Mon - Fri 11am - 7pm and Sat/Sun 7am - 3pm this is the on call week.
Currently the roster is 1 in 3, will be looking to bolster this with the mechanical fitter to 1 in 4
