Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client who are based in Weybridge, Surrey as a Spanish speaking Account Team Leader. You will have responsibility for the development and performance management of your team as well as ensuring a world class service is provided to customers.

Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm
Location: Weybridge, Surrey - hybrid working Benefits:

Shopping discounts with retailersAs the Spanish speaking Account Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of Account Executives to handle a range of customer enquiries within a customer service environment
Help execute and deliver a world class service whilst acting as a senior point of escalation
Train and coach, a team to a high standard of competence and performance levels
Maintain regular 121's with all team members and ensure development plans are put in place
customers
Support the customer needs in line with departmental KPIs
Be available to deal with all queries & complaints
Many other duties, full job description available upon request.The successful Spanish speaking Account Team Leader will have the following related skills / experience:

It is essential that you have previously worked within a Team Leading role either within a customer service or account management field
Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written is essential
Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment.
Commercially aware
Ability to mentor and coach your team to a high standard
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to an audience
Good working knowledge of MS Office
