Senior / Principal Civil / Structural Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm (flexible hours available)

The Role:
We're looking for Senior/ Principal Structural Engineers to join our Warrington team. Reporting to the Company Director, you will lead and manage projects up to £20 million, spanning commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic, and temporary works design. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
Manage projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare reports.
Oversee and review structural designs, including calculations.
Liaise with clients and manage project scope.
Prepare tenders, fee proposals, and develop client relationships.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Senior: 4+ years' experience; Principal: 8+ years' experience
Working towards or Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
Strong technical and project management skills
Experience with Eurocodes and UK standards
Full UK driving licence
