We are looking for an Interim NAM on a 12 Month FTC
The role:
We are currently recruiting for a experienced NAM / SNAM to join our team! You will be tasked with driving sales, and building strong relationships across some premium customers.
Additionally, the candidate will play a pivotal role in developing distribution across the sector.
Key responsibilities include:
full responsibility of the customers P&L, regularly monitoring performance vs budgeted objectives, identifying risk, and taking corrective actions where necessary.
and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to create a foundation for long-term partnerships and business growth.
innovative sales and marketing plans customised for each account to achieve targeted sales and profit goals.
data insights to optimise category role and to build effective merchandising and activation strategies.
for launching and activating NPD in key accounts with help of Marketing Team.
market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
and present regular sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and account updates.
contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable business partnerships.
accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on performance against targets.
with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain and customer service.The ideal candidate:
4 years grocery National Account Management experience.
in interpreting and utilizing data to create effective account strategies.
track record of consistently achieving sales targets by cultivating new business opportunities while growing existing ones.
negotiation skills and an understanding of commercials.
with numbers and strong excel skills.
will be a proven National Account Manager with a strong background of success selling branded food & drink products into the major UK Grocers
