Our client are looking for a Design Engineer with experience of Structural Steel and Tekla to join their growing team of engineers. The appointed Design Engineer will have at least five years experience in a design role and be familiar with structural steel. On offer is a generous package with prospects for career progression. The appointed Design Engineer will have good knowledge of general assembly and production drawings and excellent 3D CAD skills and Tekla 3D knowledge.

- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a design based role
- Have experience of new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI) and project management
- Good working knowledge of steel manufacturing processes
- Experience of stress / strain calculations and FEA preferred
