Full Time Contract (4 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Pay and Reward Specialist in Oxford. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

To lead or be involved in the development of innovative pay, benefits and reward projects
To lead and develop pay benchmarking solutions, ensuring the organisation remains competitive within the pay market at median to upper quartile
To build, develop, and lead a job evaluation panel drawn from shared resource across the organisation to ensure demand and outcomes are met
To be responsible for the development of reward policies, procedures and practices that are fit for purpose, underpinned by effective governance and controls
To oversee digital systems development, testing and implementation, relating to pay and reward, with internal colleagues and suppliers

The candidate:

CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) and experience
Detailed knowledge of employment and equalities legislation
Pay and reward experience, including job sizing methodology / job evaluation schemes
