Job Title – Personal Lines Account Handler

Location – Nottingham NG7 3GD

Salary – £22 – 28,000 + bonus + incentives

Duration – Permanent / Full Time

Independent Insurance Bureau is a family-run, independent insurance brokerage entering its 50th year, next year.  We are continually growing and have a head office in Ashby de la Zouch and offices in Leicester and Nottingham.  We are looking to expand our friendly team in the Nottingham branch and are looking for an Account Handler to join our team.  You will be a dynamic individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work with our clients to ensure quality service and be part of a great team.  Is this you? 

What we need you to bring to the team:

Exceptional customer service and insurance experience, delivering this to your customers.
The ability to advise clients on existing products in accordance with their needs.
A positive can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
A desire to develop and grow within the insurance field working within the FCA regulations.
