**About the Role:**
Reporting directly to the Bid Director, you will spearhead our bidding efforts, leveraging your expertise to secure lucrative projects in the steel industry. Your role will involve engaging with clients, negotiating with contractors and engineers, and navigating tenders to ensure seamless communication with our supply chain. Your ability to understand client requirements and your commercial acumen will be crucial to driving success.

**About You:**
Are you an experienced Bid Manager or Estimator with a talent for project management or design? Perhaps your diverse background has provided you with the insights needed to excel in this role. Ideally, you have worked with a specialist steelwork contractor and possess a deep understanding of steel products, construction specifications, and tender processes. Collaboration is key to our bid delivery team, so your ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and operational teams is essential.
