Position: Call Handler (Children’s Social Care)
Location: Grimsby
Rate: £12.20/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Rocking:
Handle calls with a strengths-based approach to ensure practitioners get the vital info they need.
Enter information directly to keep the wheels turning smoothly.
Create contacts from various submissions—every detail matters!
Be a fantastic team player while tackling various business support tasks.
