HR Manager - Wisbech - Attractive salary

ALH Recruitment are looking for a HR Manager with immediate effect for our client based in Wisbech. This is currently a 6/12 month contract with the potential to be extended.

Logistics experience would be very advantageous with a solid HR background up to HR Manager level.

You will need strong commercial awareness, with effective people management and coaching ability to strengthen the current on site management team.

A strong character and the ability to influence and effectively communicate confidently at all levels. You will be KPI & data driven, whilst supporting monthly commentary to Senior Management and the customer will be a requirement.

This is a stand-alone, generalist role in a business that is growing rapidly and has great opportunity to grow, a strong HR focus is needed.

This position reports into the Senior HR Manager and also the GM on site.

Multi site experience would also be advantageous.

Hours - Mon-Fri 8.30-17:00 with an hour unpaid for lunch 37.5 hours per week.
