Due to expansion my client is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis in their Woking office. The right person will have a great attitude, be able to work well as part of an ever-growing team and have a real passion for great customer service. As an Insurance Advisor you will work on personal lines insurance, including the likes of motor, home and van policy and play a crucial part in customer retention.
 
Role and Responsibilities:

Building relationships with existing clients, qualifying new business opportunities, and dealing with business enquiries
Making calls to lapsed clients and customer call back requests (No cold calling)
Providing a personalised service both face to face and on the telephone
Emailing documents, administration, policy changes and renewals
Deal with objections and complaints and seek the right resolution for the customer and the business

Disciplined, Focused and able to prioritise
