Farm Insurance Executive - North Yorkshire - £35,000 to £45,000 + bonus

We are working with a fantastic Insurance Broker based in North Yorkshire and together we are seeking an Insurance Executive to work within the farming/agriculture industry.

The role would suit somebody with insurance advisory experience and knowledge of or interest in the world of farming.

Location/Radius:

* Malton, North Yorkshire

Salary:

* £35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

* Generous KPI-based bonus

Role:

* Working within the farming world to deliver Excellent Customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent, tailored insurance advice and support

* Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers to ensure client are comprehensively covered

* Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance programme as well as value for their premium

* Develop business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients

* Liaise with and work with the marketing teams to drive new business

* Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products as well as sector conditions

* Report on performance against agreed upon targets

* Work as a part of the ‘Farm Team’, collaborating with client advisors, claims advisors and other executives to help achieve wider company goals

Ideal candidate:

* Farm or commercial insurance experience

* Ability to drive new business

* Agricultural knowledge or experience
