Supported Housing Worker
LOCATION:             Salisbury
HOURS:                   37.5 per week
SALARY:                 £24,500
DURATION:             Perm

Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through tailored support plans
Contribute to a compassionate and inclusive community environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to residents Preferred Requirements:

Experience in a similar support role, ideally within a housing setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment processes
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting vulnerable individuals Preferred Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
