Recovery Navigator
LOCATION:             Weston Super Mare
HOURS:                   37 per week
SALARY:                 £25359 pro rata
DURATION:             FTC until March ‘25

As a Recovery Navigator, you will work collaboratively with individuals facing mental health challenges, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey with confidence and resilience. Your dedication will directly contribute to our mission of providing safe and supportive environments for our service users.

Contribute to the mission of providing safe and supportive environments. Preferred Requirements:

Experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support
Knowledge of community resources for mental health support
Commitment to continuous professional development Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in mental health, social work, or a related field
First Aid/CPR certification
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if applicable) You will receive from BRC:
